Hydrocele and hernia is a different condition. Hydrocele is an accumulation of fluid in the scrotum hernia and bowel slides into the scrotum. You may also exist side by side, at least in the cases. usually congenital in origin.
However, it is encouraging that the United States had been successfully operated on.
